摘 要:为解决传统圈梁构造柱砌体结构施工复杂、施工质量差等缺点,提出一种新型圈梁构造柱施工工艺。通过低周往复试验对粘土砖墙、现浇钢筋混凝土约束砖墙、新型圈梁构造柱约束砖墙足尺试件展开研究,获得三类墙体的滞回曲线、骨架曲线等一系列抗震性能评价参数,对比分析各类墙体的抗震性能。同时,对三类墙体进行有限元分析,分析各类墙体的承载能力、荷载位移曲线等力学性参数的变化规律。结果表明:新型圈梁构造柱约束墙体的承载力高、延性好,累计耗能能力强,能够较好地吸收和耗散地震能量,从而保持墙体开裂后有足够的整体稳定性,满足工程抗震设计要求,适合在乡镇地区推广使用。In order to solve the shortcomings,such as the complex construction and poor construction quality,of the traditional constructional column structure with ring beam, a new type of construction technology is put forward. Through the low-cycle reciprocating test on the study of clay brick wall,cast-in-place reinforced concrete confined brick wall,and new ring beam structural column restraint brick wall with full-size specimens,a series of seismic performance evaluation parameters such as hysteresis curve and skeleton curve of three types of walls are obtained,analyzing and comparing the seismic performance of all kinds of walls. Meanwhile,through the finite element analysis of three kinds of wall,the change rule of various types of wall carrying capacity,load displacement curve and other mechanical parameters are studied. The results show that the wall,constrained with new ring beam constructional column,is good at bearing capacity,ductility and cumulative energy consumption ability,which have great advantage in absorbing and dissipating the seismic energy,so the enough overall stability after the cracking wall can be ensured. It can meet the engineering seismic design requirements and suitable for promotion in the use of township areas.
