摘  要:本文讨论的昆山华润五彩城Shopping Mall,结构高度为22. 15m,存在结构超长、扭转不规则、楼板不连续、局部错层、局部夹层等情况,属于重点设防的特殊不规则的多层建筑,采用框架结构体系。考虑结构的安全性和重要性,采用了性能化设计方法,性能目标为C-(高于D但略低于C)。对结构进行了温度应力分析,大跨度、大悬挑楼盖的舒适度分析,小震、中震及大震等各阶段各目标下性能化分析,依据分析结果采取了多种有针对性的构造加强措施,确保抗震性能目标的实现。望本工程所采用的计算方法和加强措施对类似工程具有一定的参考价值。In this paper,a Shopping Mall of Kunshan China Resources Land( CRL) is presented,the height of that is 22. 15 m,with frame structure system. This structure is an important fortification and special irregular multi-story building,such as over-long span,torsion irregularity,floor discontinuity,partial split-lever,and partial building interlayer. In consideration of the structure’s safety and importance,the method of performance-based design is used,and the object is C-( between D and C). Some analysis methods are adopted herein,including temperature stress analysis,serviceability analysis for long-span and long cantilever,and the performance analysis for small earthquake and middle earthquake and large earthquake. On the basis of the results,a variety of structural reinforcing measures are utilized to ensure the realization of seismic performance object. The used methods and strengthen measures provide a certain reference value for other similarly projects.
