摘　　要：选择2014—2016年煤炭上市公司作为研究样本,具体研究了煤炭上市公司环境信息披露现状与存在的问题,并据此提出,应该建立强制性环境信息披露规范来提升环境信息披露的水平与质量等对策建议。This paper selected the coal listed company from 2014-2016 as a research sample,and specifically studied the sta- tus and existing problems of environmental information disclosure of coal listed companies.Based ,on this,it is proposed that mandatory environmental information disclosure regulations should be established to improve the level and quality of environmental information disclosure.
