摘 要:本研究借鉴窑法磷酸与电热法黄磷生产工艺,提出先采用化石燃料加热升温,再用电加热制磷的分段黄磷生产工艺。用此工艺制磷,除可获得较高纯度的黄磷产品外,渣为高温砖,可用作建材等,没有固体废物,废水很少,同时还可减少CO2及SO2等气体污染物的排放。Based on the production technology of kiln-method phosphoric acid and electrothermal yellow phosphorus,the production process of segmenting yellow phosphorus by heating with fossil fuel and heating with electricity is put forward.In this process,in addition to obtaining the yellow phosphorus products with high purity,the waste residue is high-temperature brick,which can be used as building material.There is no solid waste and little waste water.At the same time,the emission of gas pollutants such as CO2 and SO2 can be reduced.
