摘　　要：分析了科技与金融融合的资本形成机制、风险分散机制、信用机制、保障机制,认为科技与金融融合的投融资风险更高,完善政策性金融支持、加大信用治理、繁荣资本市场、发展互联网金融能有效治理科技与金融融合风险。This paper analyzes the capital forming mechanism,risk diversification mechanism and credit mechanism and guarantee mechanism on the integration of technology and finance.It is believed that the risk of convergence between technology and finance is high.The risk of technology and finance can be effectively managed by developing policy finance,credit supervision,capital market,and Internet finance.
