摘  要:本课题以玻璃粉、ZnO、TiO_2、石英、高岭土、萤石等为主要原料制备中温钛系结晶釉,首先通过探究性实验确定基础配方;在此基础上,安排单因素实验,分析各原料对钛系结晶釉的晶花数量、尺寸、形状以及釉面光泽的影响;然后设计正交实验优化配方。用XRF测定了制釉原料的化学组成,并对样品的物相组成进行了XRD分析,采用SEM(扫描电镜)及EDS(能谱分析)研究了釉层中晶相的显微形貌与组成。结果表明:样品中晶体的显微形貌为长条状,这些长条状晶体相互重叠、交叉生长使得釉面出现大小为3.1-4.4 mm的树枝状晶花,由XRD及SEM和EDS测试分析可知该晶体为金红石型二氧化钛;釉层中可见明显分相,分相液滴平均尺寸约为50 nm,使瑞利散射增强,导致釉面呈蓝色。In this research, glass powder, ZnO, TiO2, quartz, kaolin and fluorite were used as the main raw materials for the synthesis of medium temperature titanium crystal glaze. The basic formula was first determined by exploratory experiments. Then single factor experiments were carried out in which the influence of each material on the crystal quantity, size and shape and the titanium crystalline glaze glossiness was analyzed. The orthogonal experimental method was employed to optimize the formula of the titanium crystalline glaze. Moreover, the chemical composition of the raw materials of the glaze was characterized by XRF and the phase composition of the samples were analyzed by XRD. The results of XRD, SEM and EDS analysis indicated that the crystal was rutile type titanium dioxide;its elongated crystals growing overlapped and interlocked form dendritic structure of 3.1-4.4 mm on the glaze;visible phase seperation occurred in the glaze with the average size of 50 nm, which strengthened the Rayleigh scattering of blue light and led to the glaze appearance of blue.
