摘　　要：传统扶贫理念和模式多以外部资源输入推动为主,而忽视了乡村自身资源的文化经济价值,由此导致扶贫内生动力不足、扶贫项目与当地生产生活系统脱嵌、扶贫效果不明显或难以持续等问题。乡村文化资源所蕴含的独特多元价值,为贫困地区的产业扶贫提供了潜在资源要素和内源式发展动力。新时代应当转变过度依赖外部要素输入的扶贫理念,将乡村自身拥有的资源作为产业扶贫的驱动要素,挖掘、利用、整合乡村特色文化资源,创新产业扶贫开发模式,以文化力推进产业融合开发,有助于增加农民收入,激发内生动力,实现富民育民的扶贫目标。Traditional poverty alleviation concepts and models are mostly driven by the input of external resources,while ignoring the cultural and economic value of rural cultural resources,resulting in many problems such as the lack of endogenous power,the separation of poverty alleviation projects from local production and living systems,and the lack of obvious or sustainable poverty alleviation effects.The unique pluralistic value of rural cultural resources provides potential resource elements and endogenous development impetus for industrial poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas.In the new era,we should change the concept of poverty alleviation that relies excessively on the input of external factors,regard the resources owned by the villages as the driving factors of industrial poverty alleviation,excavate,utilize and integrate the cultural resources with rural characteristics,innovate the mode of industrial poverty alleviation and development,and promote industrial integration and development with cultural power.These will help to increase farmers'income,stimulate endogenous power and achieve the goal of poverty alleviation of enriching and educating the people.
