油水两相转移功能的二氧化硅材料制备及性能研究

摘  要:利用辛基三甲氧基硅烷和二乙烯三胺基丙基三甲氧基硅烷对SiO2表面进行改性,得到了pH响应的功能性SiO2纳米材料。通过调节系统的pH来改变材料表面亲疏水性,从而促使其在油水两相体系自由转移并分散到其中一相。此外探讨了两种硅烷的摩尔比例对材料转移性能的影响,结果表明,当二乙烯三胺基丙基三甲氧基硅烷摩尔分数为4%时,该材料的油水两相转移特性最佳。同时实验证明,该材料可以在表面张力较小的油相与水相之间转移并循环5次后,仍具有很好的稳定性。The pH responsive SiO2 nanomaterials were obtained by modifying SiO2 with octyl trimethoxysilane and diethylenediamine trimethoxysilane.Through adjusting the pH of the system,the nanomaterials can be manipulated to move freely through the oil-water interface and disperse to a certain phase beacuse of the wettability of the surface has changed.Moreover,the mole ratio of the two kinds of silane was discussed,and it was found that the material showed the best transferring ability when the mole fraction of diethylenediamine propyl trimethoxy silane was 4%.Furthermore,it is proved that this material can be transferred in the two phase system formed by water and oil with low surface tension.
