摘 要:目的了解抗抑菌研发品的抗菌性能,为科学评价产品抗菌性能提供依据。方法参照《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》、《漆膜耐霉菌性测定法》等标准方法进行性能测试。结果卫生巾(垫)类样品(共13件)对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果在4个作用时间抑菌率最高值均为100%,抑菌率最低值均在50%以上;仅对1件卫生巾样品进行了白色念珠菌的抑菌试验,抑菌率低于10%;液体材料抗菌剂(共39件)对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率的最大值为100%,最小值90%以上,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率的最大值为100%,最小值低于10%,对白色念珠菌的抑菌效果最大值为100%,最小值50%以上;香烟过滤嘴纸(共20件)对大肠杆菌各作用时间抑菌率均达到90%以上;通风散热材料(共18件)和室内装修基材(共23件),对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率最大值100%,最小值0%,液体类材料(共6件)对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率最大值均为100%、最小值可达为99.9%。共检测41件耐霉样品,耐霉0级样品25件,耐霉1级样品11件。结论不同菌株的抗菌效果可以从不同角度反映产品抗菌性能,对综合评价抗菌用品有指导意义。Objectives To gain the knowledge on antibacterial property of disposable sanitary products and to provide scientific basis for assessing the antibacterial properties of these products. Methods Refer to the Hygienic Standard for Disposable Sanitary Products, and the Test Method for Determining the Resistance of Paint Film to Mold and other standard method to investigate the antibacterial ability of these products. Results The highest antibacterial effect in 13 sanitary pad samples on Escherichia coli(E. coli) and Staphylococcus aureus(S. aureus) in four action time was 100%, and the lowest inhibition rate was higher than 50%. The inhibition rate on Candida albicans(C. albicans) was tested only in one sanitary pad sample, and it was lower than 10%. The highest inhibition rate of 39 liquid material antibacterial agent samples to S. aureus was 100% and the lowest inhibition rate was higher than 90%. The highest inhibition rate to E. coli was 100% and the lowest inhibition rate was lower than 10%. The highest inhibit rate on C. albicans was 100% and the lowest rate was higher than 50%. The highest and the lowest inhibition rate of 20 cigarette filter paper samples at different reaction time on E. coli were both over 90%. The highest inhibition rate of 23 interior decoration material samples and 18 ventilation, and heat-dissipating samples on S. aureus and E. coli was 100% and the lowest inhibition rate was 0%. The highest inhibition rate of 6 liquid materials samples on S. aureus and E. coli was 100% and the lowest value was 99.9%. A total of 41 mildew-resistance samples were tested, 25 mildew-resistance samples were level-0 and 11 mildew-resistance samples were level-1. Conclusions The antibacterial effect on different bacterial strains could reflect the antibacterial properties of products, which could be used for guiding the assessment of antibacterial ability of products.
