摘  要:选取模型试验中常用的铁晶砂混合相似材料制作试件,将相似材料试件置于不同压实次数、分层次数、界面处理方式条件下进行单轴压缩试验,得到单轴抗压强度和弹性模量,分析不同因素对相似材料力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:压实次数由1次增加至2次、4次、6次,材料的单轴抗压强度分别提高了4.7%,12.1%,13.9%,材料的弹性模量分别提高了37.1%,60.1%,65.3%;分层次数由1次增加至2次、3次、4次,材料的单轴抗压强度分别减少了15.8%,19.2%,25.7%,材料的弹性模量分别减少了17.3%,27.6%,37.5%;相比于使用松香酒精溶液处理分层界面,使用酒精处理和无处理时材料的单轴抗压强度分别减少了8.5%和26.8%,弹性模量分别减少了1.9%和6.1%。这些研究成果对提高模型试验精度具有一定意义。The iron-barite-sand mixed similar materials commonly used in the model test were selected to prepare specimens,and the uniaxial compression tests were conducted on these specimens of similar materials under different compaction times,stratification times,and interface treatments.Based on this,uniaxial compressive strength and elastic modulus were obtained,so as the influence of different factors on the mechanical properties of similar materials was analyzed.The results were concluded as follows.Firstly,when the times of compaction increased from 1 time to 2,4 and 6 times,the uniaxial compressive strength of the material increased by 4.7%,12.1%,and 13.9%,and the elastic modulus of the material increased by 37.1%,60.1% and 65.3%.Secondly,when the number of stratification increased from 1 time to 2,3 and 4 times,the uniaxial compressive strength of the materials decreased by 15.8%,19.2%,and 25.7%,respectively,and the elastic modulus of the materials decreased by 17.3%,27.6% and 37.5%.Thirdly,compared to the interface treatment with rosin-alcohol solution,the uniaxial compressive strength of the material treated with and without alcohol was reduced by 8.5% and 26.8%,respectively,and the elastic modulus of the material was reduced by 1.9%and 6.1%,respectively.These research results had a certain significance for improving the accuracy of model tests.
