摘 要:重选在钨选矿工艺中起着承上启下的作用,针对锯齿波跳汰机回收粗粒级矿石进行了试验研究,结果表明:相比动筛跳汰机,锯齿波跳汰机的处理量大近1倍,用水量相当,精矿品位大幅提高,作业回收率更高,并可一次性产出合格精矿,省略了加工跳汰的二次作业回收。在给矿品位WO30.38%的情况下,可获得精矿品位WO348.97%,作业回收率53.45%的较好指标,为后续作业创造了有利选别条件,值得推广应用。Gravity separation plays a connecting role in tungsten beneficiation process.An experimental study on the recovery of coarse-grained ore by sawtooth pulsation jig was carried out.The results showed that compared with movable-screen jig,the treatment capacity of sawtooth pulsation jig was nearly double,the water consumption was equal,the grade of concentrate was greatly improved,the recovery rate was higher,and qualified concentrate could be produced at one time,thus eliminating the second operation of jigging for recovery.When feed grade of WO3 was 30.38%,good indexes could be obtained,including the WO3 grade of 48.97%in concentrate,and operation recovery rate of 53.45%.The study created favorable separation conditions for follow-up operations and was worth popularizing and applying.
