摘 要:通过多体动力学分析,确定了履带行走装置中关键部件在平路和爬坡行走过程的受力变化,结合ANSYS有限元分析,得到两种工况下履带架应力、应变和模态振型云图,并在此基础上运用拓扑优化方法对履带架结构尺寸进行了优化。结果表明,履带架在两种工况下均未发生较大的变形,最大应力发生在坡道行驶工况,其数值小于材料需用应力,满足刚度、强度使用要求;履带架的前6阶固有频率在45~95Hz,高于外部激振源频率,不会发生共振现象;拓扑优化后的履带架主要支撑板和肋板厚度有所减小,提高了材料利用效率,优化后履带架刚度、强度和固有频率均可满足使用要求。The multi-body dynamics analysis was used to determine the force change of the key parts in track frame during walking on flat roads and climbing.Combining with ANSYS finite element analysis,the stress,strain and modal vibration pattern of track frame under two working conditions were obtained.On this basis,the size of track frame structure was optimized by topology optimization method.The results showed that the deformation of the track frame was not great under both operating conditions and the maximum stress occurred when climing the slope.The maximum stress value was less than the required stress of the material and met the requirements for the use of strength and stiffness.Moreover,the natural frequency of the first six-stage for the track frame was between 45~95 Hz,which was higher than the frequency of the external excitation source.Therefore,the resonance phenomenon would not occur.After the topology optimization,the thickness of the main support plate and ribs of the track frame was reduced,which improved the material utilization efficiency.The rigidity,strength and natural frequency of optimized frame all met the requirements for use.
