摘  要:采用可再生的二聚脂肪酸来制得改性环氧丙烯酸酯。首先将二聚脂肪酸和环氧树脂按不同比例反应得到改性环氧树脂,再通过与丙烯酸的开环反应引入丙烯酸酯基团,从而制得2种不同相对分子质量的改性环氧丙烯酸酯(ED21、ED32)。用GPC表征了改性环氧丙烯酸酯的相对分子质量,对其热性能及不同条件下的光固化性能进行了研究,并与商品化双酚A二环氧丙烯酸酯(6104)进行了涂膜性能的比较研究。结果表明:改性环氧丙烯酸酯光固化过程双键转化率可以达到90%,与6104相比改性树脂涂层具有较好的柔韧性和附着力。Firstly the dimer fatty acid and the epoxy resin were reacted at different proportions to obtain'modified epoxy resins,and then the acrylate group was introduced by ring-opening reaction with acrylic acid to obtain two modified epoxy acrylates (ED21,ED32) having different relative molecular mass.The relative molecular mass of the modified epoxy acrylates was characterized by GPC,and its UV curing properties under different conditions and thermal properties were studied.The coating properties of the commercial bisphenol A diepoxy acrylate (6104)Were compared.The results showed that the modified epoxy acrylates had a double bond conversion rate of 90% during curing process,the modified resins cured film had better flexibility and adhesion than the 6104 resin.
