摘 要:通过液相原位表面修饰法,在硅酸钠水解生成SiO_2颗粒过程中加入六甲基二硅氮烷(HMDS)以调整二氧化硅表面极性,获得了较大孔容的二氧化硅粉体(M-SiO_2)。对二氧化硅结构进行分析表征,结果表明:二氧化硅表面有机化修饰后呈高疏水性、多孔网状结构,孔体积由原来的1.7 cm^3/g提高到2.9 cm^3/g,表观密度由0.27 g/mL下降至0.12 g/mL。将M-SiO_2添加至聚氨酯(PU)涂料中制备了PU/M-SiO_2复合消光涂料,考察了M-SiO_2在涂料中的分散性及消光性能,并研究了不同粒径下的消光效果。结果表明:当添加至涂料中的M-SiO_2粒径为5~7μm,添加量为2%时,涂料的刮板细度小于30μm,涂膜光泽下降77.8%,透光率在52%以上,表现出良好的有机分散性与优异的消光性能。A surface-modified silica (M-SiO2) with large pore volume was prepared via liquid-phase in-situ surface-modification method by adding hexamethyldisilazane (HMDS) as modifier to reaction system during the formation of SiO2.The structure and properties of the silica were characterized,the results indicated that the modified silica had strongly hydrophobic surface and porous network structure.The pore volume increased from 1.7cm^3/g to 2.9 cm^3/g,and the apparent density decreased from 0.27 g/ml to 0.12 g/ml.Afterward, polyurethane/M-SiO2 composite matte coatings were prepared and the dispersibility and matting properties of M-SiO2 in coatings were investigated.The effect of different particle sizes of M-SiO2 on the matting performance was also analyzed.The results demonstrated that the scraper fineness of the coating was less than 30 μm,the gloss of the coating was reduced by more than 77.8 %,and the transmittance was above 52% when the particle size of M-SiO2 added to the coating was 5-7 μm and the addition amount was2 wt%,showing good organic dispersibility and excellent matting performance.
