摘 要:直动式双断点继电器在开断电路的过程中,常会出现两个触头间电弧不平衡燃烧现象,使两触头的烧蚀程度出现差异,长期累积将对电器的电寿命和接触可靠性造成很大影响。为了分析出现燃弧不平衡的原因,使用高速摄像机测试系统对继电器开断过程中的电弧进行测试,对不平衡燃弧现象出现的概率进行分析,并通过对触头动作过程和燃弧过程进行同步测试及磁流体动力学(MHD)仿真计算,分析触头动作特性对不平衡燃弧的影响。结果表明,较大能量的电弧出现在继电器特定一侧断口的频率较高,继电器两侧触头动作的不一致是不平衡燃弧的重要原因。The phenomenon of unbalanced arcing in the process of breaking circuit which causes the electric erosion difference between two contacts appears in direct-motion double-break relay. The accumulation of erosin difference has a great impact on the electrical life and the reliability of the relay. In order to analyze the cause of unbalanced arcing,the arc images during the breaking process of a relay are captured by a high-speed camera to analyze the probability of unbalanced arcing. The influence of contact dynamic characteristics on unbalanced arcing is analyzed by the synchronous test of the contact motion and arc burning,and the simulation of magnetohydrodynamics( MHD). The results show that the frequency of high energy arc appearing on the specific contact of the relay is higher,and the motion inconsistency of both contacts in the double-break relay is a main reason of unbalanced arcing.
