摘 要:造成供热地区风电消纳困境的主要原因是热电联产机组在供暖期按"以热定电"的原则运行,导致系统整体调峰能力不足。蓄热式锅炉可利用弃风电量加热,增加风电消纳量。但风电与蓄热式电锅炉在运行中因可控性差,引发风电出力与负荷调节间的适配性问题,以及负荷参与电网调峰的调控技术问题,需引入储能系统进行柔性调节。提出储能协调蓄热式电锅炉风电消纳方法,验证了储能协调蓄热式电锅炉主动消纳风电弃风的有效性。结果表明加入储能系统构成储能协调蓄热式电锅炉主动消纳弃风,既最大量消纳风电弃风,又解决了电锅炉功率调节速度与风电快速波动不匹配的问题。In heating area,the main reason for the awkward predicament of wind power consumption is that the cogeneration power units operate according to the principle of " fixing electricity by heating" during heating period,which leads to the inadequate peak shaving ability of the power system. The regenerative boiler can be heated by using the disposed wind power to increase the consumption of wind power. However,due to the poor controllability of wind power and regenerative electric boilers in operation,the adaptability between wind power output and load regulation,as well as the technical problems of load participation in peak load regulation of power grid,it is necessary to introduce energy storage system for flexible regulation. In this paper,a wind power absorption method of energy storage coordinating regenerative electric boilers was proposed,which verifies the effectiveness of energy storage coordinating regenerative electric boilers in active wind power abandonment. The results show that the energy storage coordinating regenerative electric boilers can actively absorb the abandonen wind power,and solve the problem that the power regulation speed of electric boilers does not match the rapid fluctuation of wind power.
