摘 要:电力电容器故障种类繁多,故障现象错综模糊,并且故障原因与故障征兆之间的关系相对复杂,在设备故障诊断时极容易出现错诊和漏诊情况。结合电力电容器常见故障原因的分析,对其绝缘故障状态量的灵敏度进行分析比较,针对不同故障状态下反映绝缘故障的各个参量,提出了基于模糊理论的绝缘故障诊断方法,同时设计了以绝缘受潮程度与老化度作为反映电力电容器绝缘状态输出量的绝缘故障模糊诊断模型。通过模糊算子得出故障隶属度向量,从而实现对绝缘受潮程度和老化度进行诊断。结合电力电容器解剖试验分析,验证了该模糊诊断方法的可行性。There are many kinds of faults in power capacitors,fault phenomena are ambiguous,and the relationship between the cause of the fault and the symptoms of the fault is complex and complicated,and it is very easy to see misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in equipment fault diagnosis. Based on the analysis of the common faults of power capacitors,this paper analyzed and compared the sensitivity of the insulation fault status,determined the parameters that reflect the insulation fault under different fault conditions,and finally proposed an insulation fault diagnosis method based on fuzzy theory. The insulation fault fuzzy diagnosis model is based on insulation moisture content and aging degree as the output of power capacitor insulation status. The fault membership degree vector was obtained by the fuzzy operator,so as to diagnose the moisture content and aging degree of the insulation.The feasibility of the fuzzy diagnosis method was verified by analyzing the power capacitor anatomy experiment.
