摘　　要：出土简牍文献本身的文体具有鲜明的特点。由于战国时人对于"言""事""志"功能的体认,认为此三者形成了三种不同的文体——《诗》《书》《春秋》;郭店楚简的《语丛四》论述的是战国时期常见的"说"体;此外,"凡"字的发凡起例与体例、排比体、语录体、对话体、评点体、歌谣体与赋体等,在简帛文献中都有出现,有的还加以论述。这对于我们认识先秦时期文体的发生与构成以及为文之轨范,都是极其重要的。The object of the paper is the bamboo slips unearthed since the twentieth century. The genres of the documents of the unearthed bamboo slips have distinct characteristics. With the knowledge of functions of Expression,Events and Will in the Warring States Period,three genres( the Book of Songs,and the Book of History and the Spring and Autumn Annals) are developed. The Fourth Collection of Guodian Chu Bamboo Slips discusses the common genre Expression in the Warring States Period. Besides,the starting with the character Fan,parallelism,quotation,dialogue,commentary,ballad,and Fu all have appeared in bamboo and silk documents,while some of them also have been discussed. These are extremely important for us to understand the development of genres and the literary norms in the pre-Qin period
