理性视角下的冲突话语分析

摘　　要：本文以理性为视角,从产生原因、语用功效和结束方式等三个方面分析和解释冲突话语。首先,冲突话语并非源于认知差异、语言选择或关联不足等因素,而是源于交际者在沟通理性差异时讲理态度和能力的缺失。其次,冲突话语在发挥宣泄负面情绪和维护面子等功能的同时,也起到表达、质疑、论证、反思和协调理性的作用,即理性沟通和协商的功能,这在一定意义上也会对人际关系产生正面效应。最后,在冲突话语的三种结束方式中理性从未离场,冲突话语的妥善解决需要通过改进理性沟通中的讲理态度和能力,以达到理性的理解或共识。From the perspective of rationality, this paper approaches conflict talk in terms of its causes, functions and effects, and manners of termination. It is argued, first, that conflict talk stems not from the interactants. cognitive divergence, language choice or insufficient relevance, but from their inadequate reasonableness in tackling their differences in rationality. Second, besides such functions as venting negative emotions and maintaining face, conflict talk serves to express,question, expound, rethink and coordinate rationality, that is, to communicate and negotiate rationality, which to some extent can produce positive effects on interpersonal relationship. Third,all the three formats of terminating conflict talk involve appeal to rationality. Proper resolution of conflict talk requires improved attitude and ability with respect to reasonableness in the negotiation of rationality, to achieve mutual understanding of different rationalities or to attain consensus on rationality.
