沙棘宫愈凝胶对苯酚胶浆联合雌二醇致宫颈糜烂大鼠宫颈组织病理学检查和EGF表达的影响

摘　　要：目的评价沙棘宫愈凝胶对宫颈糜烂大鼠模型的治疗作用。方法采用50%苯酚胶浆联合雌二醇法复制大鼠宫颈糜烂模型,沙棘宫愈凝胶局部给药一周,观察大鼠一般情况,检测大鼠宫颈重量和脏器指数,并检查大鼠宫颈组织病理形态学特征,测定EGF(epidermal growth factor)的表达水平。结果沙棘宫愈凝胶(沙棘籽油0. 1mL/m L,苦参总碱3. 6～14. 4mg/m L,蛇床子素0. 072～0. 288 mg/m L)通过促进鳞状上皮增生修复,减轻宫颈水肿,增加宫颈组织EGF的表达来治疗大鼠宫颈糜烂。其中,沙棘宫愈凝胶3组效果最好。结论沙棘宫愈凝胶3治疗大鼠宫颈糜烂效果最好,与复方沙棘籽油栓没有明显差异。Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of seabuckthorn cervix healing gel on rat model of cervical erosion. Method: The model of cervical erosion in rats was replicated by 50% phenolic mucilage combined with estradiol and the topical administration of seabuckthorn cervix healing gel was carried out for one week. Then the general condition of rats was observed,the cervical weight and viscera index were detected,the pathological characteristics of cervical tissue in rats were examined,and the expression level of EGF( epidermal growth factor) was determined. Result: The Seabuckthorn cervix healing gel( seabuckthorn seed oil 0. 1 mL/m L,matrine total alkaloids 3. 6 ~ 14. 4 mg/m L,osthole 0.072 ~ 0. 288 mg/m L) treated cervical erosion in rats by promoting the proliferation of squamous epithelium,reducing cervical edema and increasing the expression of EGF in cervical tissue. Among them,seabuckthorn cervix healing gel 3 group showed the best effect. Conclusion: Seabuckthorn Gongyu Gel 3 has the best effect on cervical erosion in rats,and there is no significant difference between it and compound seabuckthorn seed oil suppository.
