摘  要:目的研究二色补血草的化学成分。方法利用硅胶色谱技术分离纯化化合物,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱学数据鉴定其结构;并利用分光光度法建立总黄酮的测定方法。结果从二色补血草中分离出5个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)(1),槲皮素(2),没食子酸(3),杨梅素-3-O-鼠李糖苷(4)和山柰酚-3-O-阿拉伯糖苷(5)。结论首次分离出化合物4和化合物5是从二色补血草中,为了解该植物的特性提供一定依据。Objective: to investigate the chemical constituents of limonium bicolor. Method: Compounds were separated and purified by silica gel chromatography,and their structures were identified according to their physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data. A spectrophotometric method for the determination of total flavonoids was established.Result: Five compounds were isolated and identified as beta-sitosterol( 1),quercetin( 2),gallic acid( 3),myricetin-3-O-rhamnoside( 4) and kaempferol-3-O-arabinoside( 5). Conclusion: Compounds 4 and 5 were isolated for the first time from limonium bicolor,which provided a basis for understanding the characteristics of the plant.
