摘 要:为了解决因高钙粉煤灰中的f-CaO含量高,影响蒸压加气混凝土砌块成模稳定性的问题,利用粉煤灰、水泥、石灰、石膏和铝粉为主要原料,通过温水制浆控制浆料稠化、分阶段加压养护等制备加气混凝土砌块。并通过强度试验、XRD和SEM等对试样的力学性能、物相组成和微观结构进行分析。结果表明:35~45℃温水制浆能够减少f-CaO体积膨胀造成的预养护裂纹。分阶段加压养护能够完全消除f-CaO后期膨胀在蒸汽高压养护阶段出现的模具边裂纹。In order to solve the effect on stability of modelling in autoclaved aerated concrete block method from the high content of f-CaO in high calcium fly ash,fly ash,cement,lime,gypsum and aluminum powder were used as the main raw materials,warm water pulping was used to control slurry thickening and staged pressurized curing ect were used to prepare the aerated concrete blocks. The mechanical properties,substance phase composition and micro structure of the samples were analyzed by the strength test,XRD and SEM methods. The results show that 35~45 ℃ warm water pulping can reduce the pre-curing crack caused by volume expansion of f-CaO. The staged pressurization curing can completely eliminate the mould edge cracks,which are caused by the f-CaO expansion during steam high pressure curing phase.
