摘  要:以硝酸银为原料,无水乙醇为溶剂,硅溶胶为络合剂,通过溶胶凝胶法获得前驱体,将前驱体置于管式炉中煅烧,制备出Ag_(10)Si_4O_(13)光催化剂。以硅溶胶/硅酸钾溶液与氟碳乳液为基料制备Ag_(10)Si_4O_(13)光催化涂料。通过XRD、SEM、UV-Vis DRS等手段对催化剂进行了表征,并测试了涂料的性能及涂料去除NO的效果。结果表明:Ag_(10)Si_4O_(13)呈柱状结构;光吸收边为640 nm,对应禁带宽度2.02 e V。光催化测试结果表明,在氙灯照射90 min时,Ag_(10)Si_4O_(13)掺量为涂料质量的1.0%时对NO的去除率为68.8%。Ag10Si4O13 photocatalyst was prepared by using silver nitrate as raw material,anhydrous ethanol as solvent and silica sol as complexing agent. The precursor was obtained by sol-gel method. The precursor was calcined in a tube furnace. Preparation of Ag10Si4O13 photocatalytic coating based on silica sol/potassium silicate solution and fluorocarbon emulsion. The catalyst was characterized by XRD,SEM,UV-Vis DRS,and other means,and the performance of the coating and the effect of NO removal by the coating were tested. The results show that the morphology of Ag10Si4O13 is a columnar structure, the light absorption edge is 640 nm,corresponding to the band gap of 2.02 eV. The photocatalytic test results showed that the removal rate of NO was 68.8% for the Ag10Si4O13 photocatalytic coating with a mass content of 1.0% when the xenon lamp was irradiated for 90 min.
