摘  要:采用异丁烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(HPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)、聚丙二醇二丙烯酸酯(PPD400DA)为原料,在引发剂作用下,于40~45℃进行自由基聚合,再加入适当的K12与麦芽糊精(H7)混合均匀,即得高和易性聚羧酸超塑化剂KZJ-HP。试验结果表明,反应中PPD400DA的加入对混凝土性能有明显的提升作用,可能与其参与合成后形成双链聚合物有关;另外,K12与麦芽糊精(H7)的加入,使掺加合成超塑化剂拌制的混凝土保水性及粘聚性得到显著改善。KZJ-HP具有和易性好、减水率高及使用简单等优点,可通过与缓凝剂简单复配便能应用于高性能自密实混凝土,并在实际工程中得到成功应用。Polycarboxylate superplasticizer(KZJ-HP) with high workability was synthesized by radical polymerization of isobutyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(HPEG) with acrylic acid and polypropylene glycol diacrylate(PPD400DA) in the presence of initiator at 40~45 centigrade,then K12 and H7 are added and mixed evenly. The study showed that PPD400DA added in the reaction improved the properties of concrete significantly,and may be involved in the formation of double chain polymer. In addition,with K12 and H7 added,water retention,and cohesiveness of concrete are improved significantly. It has excellent workability,high water-reducing rate and simple use,can be applied to high-performance self-compacting concrete by simple compounding with retarder,and has been applied in practical engineering successfully.
