摘  要:主要利用韩国青瓷坯体在1270~1290℃还原气氛下制备粉青裂纹釉。考察了不同坯体种类、釉用氧化铁含量对粉青裂纹釉的影响。研究结果表明:合适的坯体应为收缩小,铁含量为1%~2%的瓷质浅灰色坯体有利于粉青釉的呈色和玉质感。随着氧化铁含量的增加,釉面由白色、粉青色、绿色最后逐渐向黄色色调过渡,并且釉面的裂纹逐渐由稠密向稀疏直裂纹转化。当氧化铁含量为0.020 mol时,由于釉面吸收了红光而反射出蓝绿光,因此釉面呈现粉青色(L*=65.18, a*=-6.67, b*=1.63)。从XRD和SEM结果可知:韩国青瓷坯体结构致密,釉面中存在很多细小结构的微气泡和未被溶解的石英相对光造成漫发射,从而赋予了釉面玉质感。In this paper, blue-green crackled glaze was prepared by using Korean celadon green body. Effect of various green body kinds, and iron oxide concentrations on the properties of the crackled glaze were studied.The results showed it should be applied over an iron-grey biscuit with small ignition loss to produce an appropriate celadon blue-green color. With the increase of iron oxide concentrations, a wide range of hues, from a white tone, blue-green tone to green tones until yellow green tone can be obtained, and crackle spaces become larger. When Fe2O3 is 0.020 mol, the optical absorption band of the glaze strongly absorb the red light and reflect the blue-green light, therefore, the glaze exhibits the blue-green color tones(L*=65.18, a*=-6.67, b*=1.63). XRD and FESEM results show that Korean body is very dense at 1290 oC, and there are many gas bubbles and unmelted quartz phase reflecting the light, which makes the glaze jade-like texture.
