摘 要:目的 探讨新一代不同权重前置自适应统计迭代重建技术(ASiR-V)对超低辐射剂量胸部CT图像质量及磨玻璃密度结节(GGN)体积测量准确性的影响。 方法 采用256排CT扫描含有6个GGN的胸部模型,扫描方案为:A组,管电压80 kV,噪声指数(NI)=10;B组,管电压80 kV,NI=20;C组,管电压120 kV,NI=10;D组,管电压120 kV,NI=20。每组ASiR-V权重分别设置为0%、30%、50%、70%、100%。比较不同组别图像的平均噪声值(SD)、CNR及GGN体积测量误差之间的差异。 结果 不同权重比例的ASiR-V时4组SD与CNR组内差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但A组与C组的SD和CNR组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);0%ASiR-V、30%ASiR-V、50%ASiR-V时B组与D组的SD差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同权重比例的ASiR-V时GGN体积测量的绝对百分误差(APE) 4组的组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 80 kV,NI 20,前置50%ASiR-V扫描时,可有效降低辐射剂量且保证图像诊断的质量。Objective To investigate the effect of the new generation of pre-setted adaptive statistical iterative reconstruction Veo (ASiR-V)technique in different weight on the chest CT linage quality with ultra-low radiation dose and ground glass nodule(GGN) volume measurement accuracy.Methods A 256-detector CT was used to scan a chest phantom including 6 GGN in group A [tube voltage 80 kV,noise index(NI)10],group B (tube voltage 80 kV,NI 9.0),group C (tube voltage 120 kV,NI 10)and group D (tube voltage 120 kV,NI 20).ASiR-V weight levesi were set as 0%,30%,50%,70% and 100%,respectively in all groups.Also,we compared the &fference between mean noise value(SD),CNR and GGN volume measurement error for different groups.Results There were significant differences in SD and CNR of CT image scanned with different weight ASiR-V between intra-group of four groups(P<0.05). However,there was no significant difference in SD and CNR groups between group A and group G with different weight ASiR-V (P>0.05). The SD difference between group 13 and group D was statistically significant with 0%ASiR-V,30%ASiR-V and 50%ASiR-V t P<0.05 ). There was no significant difference in APE of GGN between four groups with different weight ASiR-V (P>0.05).Conclusion The CT scanning protocol with 80 kV,NI 20 and pre-setted 50~ASiR-V can effectively reduce the radiation dose and ensure the quality of image for diagnosis.
