摘　　要：目的对2016年河北省11家三甲级医院的运行效率情况进行分析,为优化医院卫生资源配置提供依据。方法采用带有产出偏好的数据包络分析法(DEA),并应用LINGO10. 0软件,对2016年河北省11家三甲级医院的投入产出效率情况进行分析。结果在考虑决策者主观偏好的前提下,通过对河北省11家三甲级医院的横向对比,结果表明不同医院间的配置效率存在差异,其中5家医院的配置效率为相对有效。结论 1.医院应实行科学管理,提高整体绩效水平; 2.合理控制医院规模,发展基层医疗事业; 3.重视医院统计工作,强化数据分析职能。Objective To analyze the operation efficiency of 11 Third-level Grade A hospitals in Hebei province in 2016,and to provide the basis for optimizing the allocation of hospital health resources. Methods Data envelopment analysis( DEA)model with output preference was established,and software Lingo 10. 0 was used to analyze the input-output efficiency of 11Third-level Grade A hospitals. Results On the premise of considering the subjective preference of decision-makers,there were differences in allocation efficiency among 11 Grade A hospitals in Hebei Province,and 5 of them were relatively effective. Conclusion Firstly,hospitals should carry out scientific management to improve the overall performance level. Secondly,the scale of hospitals should be reasonably controlled and primary medical care should be developed. Thirdly,hospitals should pay attention to statistics work and strengthen the function of the data analysis.
