摘　　要：目的了解HIV感染儿童的心理健康状况、自尊水平以及信任他人情况。方法以截至2017年12月在广西壮族自治区疾病预防控制中心关爱门诊正在接受高效抗逆转录病毒治疗的10～18岁HIV感染儿童262人作为研究组。按性别、年龄匹配原则选取学校的一般儿童262人作为正常对照组。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、自尊量表(SES)、信任他人量表(Trust in People)分别对两组儿童进行心理问卷调查。结果研究组儿童症状自评量表总分及10个因子分均高于对照组,两组间差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。研究组儿童自尊得分、信任他人得分均低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论艾滋病儿童心理问题突出,自尊及信任他人水平较低,应引起全社会的关注和重视,尽早采取积极有效的心理干预保证HIV感染儿童心理健康成长。Objective To study the mental health status,self-esteem level and degree of trust among HIV-infected children. Methods By the end of December 2017,262 HIV-infected children receiving highly active antiretroviral therapy( HAART) aged from 10 to 18 were selected as the study group in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region. According to the principle of gender and age matching,262 Non-HIV infected children were selected as a control group. Symptom Checklist 90( SCL-90),Self-esteem Scale( SES) and Trust in People were used to assess their mental status. Results The total score and each of 10 factor scores of SCL-90 in the study group were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Compared with Non-HIV infected children,HIV infected children had lower self-esteem scores and trust others scores( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Compared to Non-HIV infected Children,HIV infected children have much more chance to have mental health problems,and we should pay more attention to this situation.
