基于GoPubMed类风湿关节炎发病机制的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的分析Pub Med中收录类风湿关节炎发病机制相关文献,了解该病发病机制研究概况。方法应用Go Pub Med检索类风湿关节炎发病机制的相关文献,形成从主题、出版年限、期刊、作者所属国家(地区)和城市等方面分析的可视化及形象化结果。结果 Pub Med中共收录8 323篇,相关文献50年处增长趋势,2018年相关研究兴趣指数为0. 055%～0. 060%,预计刊出文章篇数为450～500篇;发文地区主要分布在欧洲、北美州和东亚地区,其中排名前5的国家为美国1 659篇(占总收录19. 93%)、日本922篇(11. 08%)、中国694篇(8. 34%)、英国612篇(7. 35%)、德国491篇(5. 90%),我国主要分布在东部沿海地区,以北京市占据最多;文献刊载杂志前20位中有18个杂志为SCI收录期刊;发文前五位作者为Gay S、Feldmann M、Tak P、Gay R、Maini R分别发布文章为46篇(占总收录0. 55%)、39篇(0. 69%)、33篇(0. 40%)、32篇(0. 38%)、32篇(0. 38%),作者关联密切者是Gay S、Müller-Ladner U、koopman W、Gay R及Rap T。结论类风湿关节炎发病机制的研究越来越受全球关注,相关研究文献逐年增加,国际间研究者应加大合作与交流力度。Objective To analyze the literature related to the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis in Pub Med,and to understand the general research situation of the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Relevant literature on the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis was retrieved by Go Pub Med,and visualization results were obtained from topics,publication years,periodicals,countries(regions) and cities which the authors belong to. Results A total of 8,323 articles were included. Relevant literature on the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis maintained a growth trend for 50 years. The published areas were mainly distributed in Europe,North America and East Asia,among which the top 5 countries were America( 1659,19. 93%),Japan( 922,11. 08%),China( 694,8. 34%),Britain( 612,7. 35%) and Germany( 491,5. 90%). As for related research literature published in journals,among the top 20 journals,18 journals were included in SCI. The top five authors were Gay S,Feldmann M,Tak P,Gay R,Maini R released 46 articles( accounting for 0. 55%),39( 0. 69%),33( 0. 40%),32( 0. 38%),32( 0. 38%),respectively. Gay S,Muller Ladner U,koopman W,Gay and Rap T R were closely related to the distribution. Conclusion The study on the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis has attracted more and more attention world-widely. The corresponding research literature has been increasing with year,and international researchers should strengthen cooperation and communication with each other.
