摘　　要：目的探索兼具中医与预防理念的结合型人才培养途径。方法通过信息检索法调研国内中医药高等院校开设预防专业情况,基于文献研究、专家共识法构建浙江中医药大学预防医学专业中医药特色课程群,通过问卷评价课程教学效果。结果我国共15所高等中医药院校开设相关专业,主要通过《中医学》、《中药学》等课程培养学生的中医预防思维。自2013年起,浙江中医药大学将中医"治未病"的理念和实践融入到教学过程中,构建中医药特色课群体系,开发能体现学科融合与交叉的《中医预防医学》创新课程,并取得一定成效。在课程结束一年后对学生调研,结果显示学生对该课程知识掌握较为牢固,对所学内容亦持积极态度,53. 52%学生认为中医保健技术对很多疾病有确切效果,30. 99%学生在今后工作中会主动向患者推荐中医预防保健服务。讨论在人才培养过程中,将"治未病"理念与预防医学相结合,可为社区及公共卫生领域提供交叉型人才,有利于我国中西医结合疾病预防保健体系的构建。Objective To explore the way of cultivating students integrative with Chinese medicine( CM) and preventive medicine. Methods The current situation of talents cultivation among Chinese medicine universities was investigated by information retrieval method. CM characteristic curriculum group of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University( ZCMU) was structured on the basis of literature research and expert consensus,and the course effect was evaluated through questionnaire surveys. Results 15 in 24 CM universities had set up majors related to preventive medicine,cultivating students’ conception of CM and preventive medicine through curriculums like traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese pharmacy. Since 2013,ZCMU began to integrate the concept and practice of "treating the disease without disease"into the teaching process,constructing a characteristic CM class system,and developing an innovative curriculum of"preventive medicine in CM",which reflected multi-disciplinary integration and achieved certain results. One year after the course,a survey had been conducted,which showed that students had a strong grasp of knowledge,and hold a positive attitude to preventive medicine in CM. 53. 52% students agreed that the CM practice had a definite effect on many diseases,and 30. 99% students were willing to recommend patients using CM practice in the future. Conclusion In the process of training talents,combination of CM and preventive medicine can help to provide integrative talents to community and public health field to meet the need of those areas,which is beneficial to China healthcare system.
