摘 要:目的研究苏州市2012-2017年报告百日咳病例流行病学特征及病例报告情况。方法在"中国疾病预防控制信息系统"搜索百日咳报告病例信息并导出,采用描述性流行病学方法对病例的流行病学特征进行描述,采用Arc GIS10.2软件绘制就诊流向图。结果 2012-2017年,苏州市共报告百日咳病例52例,年均发病率为0.37/10万;报告病例均为5岁以下儿童,其中92.31%为1岁(含)以内儿童;除常熟市无报告病例外,其他县区均有病例报告。外省市报告医院中上海市的医院报告病例最多为18例,且88.89%为实验室诊断病例;苏州市仅15.63%为实验室诊断病例。结论苏州市2012-2017年百日咳年均报告发病率处于较低水平,但不排除误诊及漏报的可能。苏州市医疗机构百日咳实验室检测工作需要加速推进。监测百日咳真实负荷和免疫接种效果研究,对苏州市百日咳疾病防控非常急迫和必要。Objective The aim of this study was to study the epidemiological characteristics and case reports’ situation of whooping cough reported in Suzhou city from 2012 to 2017. Methods Cases information of whooping cough was collected from the system of "China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention". The epidemiological characteristics of cases were described by descriptive epidemiology methods, while the flow map of patients from home to hospital address was displayed using Arc GIS 10.2 software. Results From 2012 to 2017, 52 cases of whooping cough were reported in Suzhou,with an average annual incidence rate of 0.37 per 100,000. All reported cases were children under 5 years of age, and92.31% were children up to 1 year of age. With the exception of Changshu city, reported cases were in all other counties and districts. The number of reported cases in hospitals of Shanghai city was up to 18, and 88.89% cases were laboratory-diagnosed cases, while only 15.63% were reported in Suzhou city. Conclusion The annual reported incidence of whooping cough in Suzhou city was low from 2012 to 2017, but the possibility of misdiagnosis and underreporting existed. The work of laboratory diagnosed tests for whooping cough needs to be accelerated. It is urgent and necessary for the prevention and control of whooping cough disease to monitor the real load of whooping cough and the effect of immunization.
