摘 要:目的通过动物模型实验观察益阴通络胶囊对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的影响,并探讨该药治疗缺血性脑血管病的可能机理。方法围绕益阴通络胶囊的主要药效学研究,采用线栓法行右侧大脑中动脉阻塞造模,分组观察实验脑缺血大鼠脑组织基质金属蛋白酶-2、基质金属蛋白酶-9、半胱天冬蛋白酶-3的表达在假手术组、模型组中以及在益阴通络胶囊大、中、小剂量和血塞通片对照药的作用下的不同变化,并进行统计分析。结果血塞通片组脑组织中MMP-2与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),益阴通络胶囊大、中剂量组脑组织中MMP-2与血塞通片组相比差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。血塞通片组脑组织中MMP-9与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),益阴通络胶囊大、中剂量组脑组织中MMP-9与血塞通片组相比差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。血塞通片对照组Caspase-3的含量较模型组无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);益阴通络胶囊大、中、小剂量组Caspase-3较模型组明显减少,大、中、小剂量组与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论益阴通络胶囊可以下调局灶性脑缺血脑组织中MMP-2、MMP-9、Caspase-3的表达。Objective Through the animal model of experimental observation of Yi Yin Tongluo-cap-sule on the effect of focal cerebral ischemia of the rats,and to explore the drug treatm-ent of ischemic cerebrovascular disease possible mechanism.Methods Capsule around the Yi Yin Tongluo-capsule and the main efficacy studies using suture method to right middle cerebral artery occlusion modeling,group observed experimental cerebral ischemia in rat brain matrix metalloproteinase-2( MMP-2),matrix metalloproteinase-9( MMP-9),semi-caspase-3( Caspase-3) expression in the sham group,model group and in the interests of Yi YinTongluo-capsule,middle,low dose and Xuesaitong films under the action of the drug we different variations,and statistical analysis.Results Xuesaitong film group brain MMP-2 compared with model group,there were significant differences( P < 0. 05). Yi Yin Tongluo-capsules,middle dose group brain MMP-2 and compared Xuesaitong film there was a significant difference( P < 0. 05),Yi YinTongluo-capsule small dose group and film group Xuesaitong There was a significant difference( P < 0. 05). Yi Yin Tongluo-capsules in the dose group and low dose group MMP-2 in brain tissue were significantly different( P < 0. 05). Xuesaitong film group brain MMP-9 with the model group were significantly different( P < 0. 05). Yi Yin Tongluo-capsules,middle dose group brain MMP-9 film group with Xuesaitong significant difference compared( P < 0. 05),Yi Yin Tongluo-capsule small dose group and Xuesaitong piece group no significant difference( P > 0. 05). Yi Yin Tongluo-capsules high-dose group and low dose group brain compared MMP-9 was a significant difference( P < 0. 05). Yi Yin Tongluo-capsules,middle dose group Caspase-3 and Xuesaitong tablet control group had significant difference( P < 0. 05),small dose group and Xuesaitong tablet group had significant difference( P < 0. 05).
