摘 要:目的探讨宁夏地区回、汉族慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者血浆内皮素-l(ET-1)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)水平与肺动脉高压之间的关系。方法检测COPD合并肺动脉高压患者及正常对照组人群的血浆ET-1、NOS水平,比较2组研究对象的血浆ET-1、NOS水平,并将回、汉族COPD肺动脉高压患者血浆ET-1、NOS水平进行对比。结果 COPD肺动脉高压患者ET-I水平较正常对照组明显升高(P <0. 05),血浆NOS水平较正常对照组明显降低(P <0. 05);回、汉族COPD肺动脉高压患者血浆ET-1、NOS水平差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论 ET-1与NO的失衡,可引起患者血流动力学及病理结构的变化。可能是COPD形成肺动脉高压的机制之一。Objective To investigate the relationship among the levels of plasma endothelin-1( ET-1),nitric oxide synthase( NOS) and the pulmonary artery systolic pressure in the patients with the stable period of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD). Methods The patients with the stable period of COPD were collected and divided into Hui group and Han group. Normal subjects were chosen to be the controls. The levels of plasma ET-1 and NOS were detected and compared among the three groups.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of plasma ET-1 in pulmonary hypertension group were increased significantly( P < 0. 05). The levels of plasma NOS in pulmonary hypertension group were decreased significantly( P < 0. 05). The levels of plasma NOS and ET-1 was no difference between hui and han group. Conclusion Unbalance of ET-1 and NOS may be one of the mechanisms that cause pulmonary hypertension.
