摘  要:目的观察山楂精降脂片及山楂水提液对高血脂家兔血脂的调节作用。方法取家兔25只,随机分为生理盐水组,高血脂症组,山楂精降脂片组,山楂水提液组和脂必妥阳性对照组。除生理盐水组给予普通饲料,其余各组家兔喂高脂饲料3周后,由耳缘静脉采血分离血清,测定血脂。证实巳形成高血脂症后,山楂精降脂片组、山楂水提液组和脂必妥阳性对照组连续口服给药4周,4个组仍然喂高脂饲料,在给药后的2、4周后,分别由缘静采血,分离血清,观察各组的血脂变化。结果与高血脂症组相比,山楂精降脂片组及山楂水提液组血清TC、TG、LDL含量均明显降低(P <0. 05),HDL含量升高。结论山楂精降脂片及山楂水提液均具有调节血脂作用。Objective To observe the regulation effect of Shanjingjing Jiangzhi tablets and Hawthorn water extract on blood lipids in hyperlipidemic rabbits. Methods Twenty-five rabbits were randomly divided into physiological saline group,hyperlipidemia group,Shanjingjing Jiangzhi tablets group,Hawthorn water extract group and libitum positive control group. In addition to the physiological saline group,the other groups of rabbits were fed with high-fat diet for three weeks. Blood was collected and the serum was separated,the blood lipids were measured after the formation of hyperlipidemia. The liquid-extracting group and the lipid-positive control group were orally administered for 4 weeks,and the four groups were still fed with high-fat diet. After two and four weeks of the administration,the blood was collected and serum was separated to observe the blood lipids. Results Compared with the hyperlipidemic group,the serum levels of TC,TG and LDL were significantly decreased and the HDL content was increased in the Shanzhajing Jiangzhi tablets and the hawthorn aqueous extracts( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Shanjingjing Jiangzhi tablets and hawthorn water extract have the effect of regulating blood lipids.
