辽宁战略性新兴产业企业投入产出效率测度与提升路径研究——基于2012—2016年辽宁地区上市公司的样本数据分析

摘　　要：基于2012—2016年辽宁省战略性新兴产业17家样本企业的数据,采用数据包络方法对辽宁战略性新兴产业企业投入产出效率进行了测度。结果表明,样本企业中只有少数达到了投入产出效率最优,其原因是大部分企业仍存在规模效率无效或纯技术效率无效,或者二者同时无效,由此提出相应的提升路径。Based on the data of 17 sample enterprises for the strategic emerging industries in Liaoning Province from 2012-2016,this paper uses data envelopment analysis method to measure the input-output efficiency of strategic emerging industrial enterprises in Liaoning. The empirical results show that only a few of the sample enterprises have achieved the best input-output efficiency value. In most enterprises,there are still situations where scale efficiency is ineffective;or pure technical inefficiency,or neither is efficient. Finally,the corresponding improvement mechanism is put forward for Liaoning’s strategic emerging industries.
