广东离科技创新强省还有多远——基于基础研究发展的视角

摘　　要：从建设科技创新强省的内涵和要求出发,系统梳理广东基础研究发展的成效与问题,并基于巴斯德象限模型提出广东在新时期加强基础研究的政策设计取向及推进路径,以及"大投入、大平台、大团队和高转化"的发展策略及相关建议。This paper starts with the connotation and requirements of building a strong province of science and technology innovation,systematically sorts out the achievements and problems in the development of Guangdong’s basic research,proposes the policy design orientation and the promotion path for strengthening basic research in Guangdong in the new era based on the Pasteur quadrant model,and puts forward development strategy of " large investment,big platform,large team,high transformation" and related suggestions.
