摘 要:目的:分析益气强心饮对慢性心衰(CHF)大鼠血浆精氨酸加压素(AVP)水平及水潴留影响。方法:选取清洁级SD雄性大鼠30只,依据随机数字表法将其分成两组:对照组(15只)与观察组(15只);大鼠适应性喂养一周后开始实验,制备CHF大鼠模型,观察组使用益气强心饮12g/kg灌胃,对照组使用等剂量蒸馏水灌胃,给药八周后处死大鼠,观察大鼠一般状况,包含背毛光泽、精神状况、饮食、活跃度及体重等,检测大鼠左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左室质量(LVM)、FS及左室收缩末内径(LVESD),ELISA法检测大鼠血清BNP与AVP含量改变状况。结果:观察组大鼠LVEF、FS高于对照组,LVEDD、LVM及LVESD低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05);观察组大鼠血清BNP与AVP含量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论:益气强心饮可改善CHF大鼠功能状况,通过降低血清AVP水平起到减缓水潴留效应目的。Objective:To analyze the effect of Yiqi Qiangxin Drink on plasma levels of arginine vasopressin(AVP) and water retention in chronic heart failure(CHF) rats.Methods:Thirty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table:controlled group(15rats) and observation group(15rats).The rats in the observation group were treated with Yiqi Qiangxin Decoction 12g/kg orally,and the controlled group were given equal doses of distilled water.After eight weeks of administration,the rats were sacrificed to observe the general condition of the rats,including dorsal gloss,mental status,diet(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular mass(LVM),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD) and left ventricular end changes of serum BNP and AVP levels in rats.Results:The LVEF and FS in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group,while the LVEDD,LVM and LVESD were lower in the observation group than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).The levels of serum BNP and AVP in the observation group were lower than those in the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Qiangxin Drink can improve the functional status of CHF rats and decrease the water retention effect by decreasing the serum AVP level.
