四肢洗方联合低频脉冲穴位刺激治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察四肢洗方联合低频脉冲刺激穴位治疗在糖尿病周围神经病变患者中的临床治疗效果。方法:选取对2016年2月～2016年12月在上海中医药大学附属光华医院内分泌科治疗的75例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为此次研究的对象,对相关资料进行分析,采用简单随机化的方法分成对照组、中药治疗组、综合治疗组各25例。对照组采用基础降糖药物治疗,中药治疗组在对照组基础上+四肢洗方治疗,综合治疗组在中药治疗组基础上+低频脉冲刺激穴位治疗。三组治疗的疗程均为2周。收集三组患者等相关资料,包括治疗前后的相关临床表现、感觉阔值、空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖等数据的变化,最后进行数据资料统计分析。结果:在中医疗效方面,三组的有效率分别为对照组64%,中药治疗组72%,综合治疗组88%。中药治疗组和综合治疗组比较,综合治疗组有效率高于中药治疗组(P<0. 05),中药治疗组和综合治疗组分别与对照组化较,经χ2检验,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0. 05),三组治疗后感觉阈值降低,差异具有显著性(P<0. 01)。中药治疗组及综合治疗组降低感觉阔值疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05),但中药治疗组与综合治疗组两組比较无明显差异(P>0. 05),在控制空腹血糖和餐后2小时血糖方面,三组患者空腹血糖和餐后2小时血糖水平均有改善,三组组间比较,餐后2小时血糖差异无统计学意义。结论:糖尿病周围神经病变发病率较高,自拟四肢洗方、低频脉冲刺激穴位疗法改善糖尿病周围神经病症状取得一定的疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of applying Four Limbs Washing Recipe combined with low-frequency pulse stimulation acupoint in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:Selected from February 2016 to December2016in the hospital of 75 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients as the research objects,analyzing the relevant data,through a simple randomized method,divided into controlled group with 25 cases,25cases was in TCM treatment group,comprehensive treatment group with 25 cases.The controlled group used basic oral glucose-lowering drug therapy,the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group based glucose-lowering drug treatment + limbs washing treatment,the comprehensive treatment group on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group + low frequency pulse to stimulate the acupuncture treatment.Above therapy treatment for 2weeks,after the end of a period of treatment,patients with the three groups of data collection,collection of data including clinical manifestation,treatment before and after the feeling rich value,fasting blood glucose,blood sugar 2hours after meal,such as data changes,the final data for statistical analysis.Results:In the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,the efficiency of the three groups was 64% in the controlled group and 72% in the TCM treatment group,and88% in the comprehensive treatment group.Compared the TCM treatment group and the comprehensive treatment group,the efficiency of the comprehensive treatment group was higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group(P<0.05),the TCM treatment group and the comprehensive treatment group with control network stations,respectively,by the X2 test,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the sensory threshold of the three groups after treatment was reduced,with significant difference(P<0.01).The TCM treatment group by feeling rich value and the curative effect of the comprehensive treatment group are better than that of the controlled group,the differ
