康复专科护士运用隔姜灸和中药熏蒸对强直性脊柱炎运动功能影响的探讨及分析

摘　　要：目的:观察康复专科护士运用隔姜灸和中药熏蒸对强直性脊柱炎运动功能的影响。方法:回顾性选取2016年12月至2017年12月我院收治的强直性脊柱炎患者78例,随机分为对照组和观察组。两组患者均采用常规手术治疗,给予优质护理干预。对照组在常规治疗基础上,术后给予中药熏蒸治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合督脉隔姜灸治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组患者上、下肢运动功能评分和病情活动指数评分比较无统计学差异(P>0. 05)。治疗后,观察组患者上、下肢运动功能评分高于对照组,身体疲倦程度、关节疼痛程度、关节僵硬程度及关节僵硬时间评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。治疗前,两组患者改良Sch9ber试验、胸廓活动度比较无统计学差异(P>0. 05)。治疗后,观察组患者改良Sch9ber试验、胸廓活动度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。治疗前,两组患者CRP、ESR、TGF-β1、MIF、ICAM-1水平比较无统计学差异(P>0. 05)。治疗后,观察组患者CRP、ESR、TGF-β1、MIF、ICAM-1水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论:康复专科护士运用姜灸联合中药熏蒸用于强直性脊柱炎,可抑制炎性细胞因子表达水平,运动功能改善的效果显著。在配合医生手术治疗的同时,提高了治疗效果,明显改善患者的生活质量,值得临床广泛应用。Objective:To explore the effect of ginger-separated moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the nursing care of ankylosing spondylitis and its effect on patients’motor function.Methods:78 cases of ankylosing spondylitis treated in our hospital from September 2015 to December 2017 were retrospectively selected and divided into controlled group and observation group according to different treatment methods.The patients in the two groups were treated with routine treatment and high quality nursing intervention.The controlled group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with moxibustion of Du pulse separated ginger on the basis of the treatment of the controlled group.To analyze the clinical effect of the two groups of patients after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in motor function score and disease activity index score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the motor function score of lower extremities in the observation group was higher than that in the controlled group,the degree of body fatigue,the degree of joint pain,the degree of joint stiffness and the score of joint stiffness time were lower than those in the controlled group(P< 0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in thoracic activity between the two groups in modified Schber test(P>0.05).After treatment,the modified Schber test and the degree of thoracic activity in the observation group were higher than those in the controlled group,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the level of ICAM-1between the two groups(P >0.05).After treatment,the level of ICAM-1in the observation group was lower than that in the controlled group(P< 0.05).Conclusion:Ginger partitioned moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation is effective in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.It can inhibi
