摘　　要：随着早期移动罩滤池的建设,部分移动罩滤板、滤头采用钢板制作,经过多年使用锈蚀严重,滤板漏砂严重,从而可能导致出厂水质铁锰超标、降低滤料使用效果、增加了水质处理成本等一系列的问题。针对该问题讨论了用混凝土滤板和塑料滤头等技术改造措施,有效解决了钢板滤板及滤头存在锈蚀严重漏砂等问题,为相关类似水厂提出了解决办法。With the construction of the early moving hood filter,some moving hood filter plates and filter heads are made of steel plates. After years of rusting,the filter plates are seriously sand leakage. It may lead to a series of problems such as excessive iron and manganese in the factory,reduce the use of filter materials,and increase the cost of water treatment. This paper discusses the technical transformation measures such as concrete filter plates and plastic filter heads to effectively solve the existence of steel plate filter plates and filter heads. Problems such as severe sand leakage caused by corrosion have proposed solutions for similar water plants.
