摘 要:根据Dixon的理论把大学生所获取的知识分为专家式知识和分布式知识,把创新能力分为自主创新能力和协同创新能力。通过调研获得样本,实证发现:大学生获取的各种知识对其创业绩效有正向积极影响;大学生所获取的专家式知识对其创业绩效的作用大于分布式知识;大学生获取的各种知识对其创新能力有正向积极的影响;大学生创新能力对其创业绩效有积极正向的影响,而且对大学生获取的各种知识与创业绩效起中介作用;大学生的自主创新能力和协同创新能力对创业绩效同样起作用,差别不大。基于实证分析结果,从大学生、高等学校、政府三个维度提出对策与建议。According to Dixon,the knowledge acquired by college students can be divided into expert knowledge and distributed knowledge,and innovative ability into independent one and collaborative one.Here are some empirical findings through a survey that: the various knowledge acquired by college students has a positive impact on their entrepreneurial performance;the expert knowledge acquired by college students has a greater effect on entrepreneurial performance than distributed knowledge;The various knowledge acquired by college students has a positive impact on their ability to innovate;the innovative ability of college students has a positive impact on their entrepreneurial performance,and it has a mediating effect on the knowledge and entrepreneurial performance;the capability of college students to innovate independently or collaboratively has almost the same effect on entrepreneurial performance.Based on the empirical analysis,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from three dimensions: college students,colleges and the government.
