摘 要:在氨性电镀溶液中,以低碳钢为基体,石墨为阳极,通过恒电流电镀得到锌-镍合金镀层。研究了电镀温度对阴极电流效率和槽电压的影响,并对镀层的镍含量、外观质量、结合力及耐蚀性能进行了表征。研究结果表明随着电镀温度的升高,电流效率和槽电压均降低,锌-镍合金镀层中镍含量增大;电镀温度为40℃,镀层镍含量为15. 56%时,镀层的表面质量、结合力及耐蚀性等综合性能最佳。The zinc-nickel alloy coatings was obtained by constant current plating in the ammonia plating solution,in which substrate is low carbon steel and graphite is used as the anode.We studied the influence of temperature on the cathodic current efficiency and cell voltage,and the plating of nickel content,appearance quality,adhesion and corrosion resistance have been characterized.The results show that with the increase of plating temperature,current efficiency and cell voltage were lower,zinc-nickel alloy plating of nickel content increased;when plating temperature was 40 ℃ and plating nickel content was 15.56%,the coating surface quality,adhesion and corrosion resistance were of the best comprehensive performance.
