大数据背景下群众体育智慧治理的路径研究

摘　　要：信息技术的迅猛发展,为社会生产力的巨大进步创造了更加高效、可持续的发展动力,给传统的社会治理结构变革提供了机遇。以群众体育"智慧治理"为研究对象,分析了网络信息技术推进群众体育治理的可行性。研究认为,网络信息技术可以有效推动群众体育工作的管办分离和政府职能转变、促进"政府、市场、社会"的协同治理,迅速高效地回应公众的体育诉求,促进公共体育政策决策的科学性。探讨了运用大数据思维、建立群众体育大数据平台,打造APP智慧平台的行动策略。The rapid development of information technology has created a more efficient and sustainable development motive for the great progress of the social productivity,and provided the opportunity for the reform of the traditional social governance structure. This study takes the mass sports"smart governance"as the research object,and analyzes the feasibility of network information technology to promote mass sports governance. It is believed that the network information technology can effectively promote the separation of the management and management of the mass sports work and the transformation of government functions,promote the coordinated governance of"government,the market and the society",respond quickly and efficiently to the public sports demands,and promote the scientificity of public sports policy decision. This paper discusses the action strategy of using big data thinking and building mass sports big data platform to build APP smart platform.
