乡村振兴视阈下城乡体育融合发展的动因、条件与对策

摘　　要：以乡村振兴为分析视角,分析城乡体育融合发展的动因与目标。农村体育发展不充分以及城乡体育发展不平衡是城乡体育融合发展的动因。研究认为:现阶段,城乡体育具备共享的资源聚合体,存在技术基础与政策支持,能够产生新业态和新模式的融合发展条件,应建立促进城乡体育融合发展的政策体系,不断创新体制机制;发挥市场在城乡体育融合发展过程中的资源配置作用,实现城乡体育资源要素双向融合互动,达到优化配置目的;构建起规划引领、法治先行、政策支撑的制度体系框架,为城乡体育融合发展提供法律保障,适应当前城乡体育资源要素加快流动的现实需要。By analyzing the motivations and objectives of the integration of urban and rural sports,and people,the article puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of rural rejuvenation. The study believes that the driving factors for the integration development of urban-rural sports are the inadequate development of rural sports and the unbalanced development of urban and rural sports. At this stage,urban-rural sports have shared resource aggregates,technical foundation and policy support and integration development conditions for the new formats and new models. They should establish a policy system that promotes the integration development of urban-rural sports,continuously innovate systems and mechanisms;They should play the role of market of resource allocation in the process of integration development of urban-rural sports to realize the two-way integration of urban-rural sports resource elements so that achieve the purpose of optimizing configuration;and they should construct the system framework of planning leading,rule of law first,policy support,providing legal guarantee for the integration development of urban-rural sports,adapting to the current urban-rural sports resources elements to speed up the flow of the practical demand.
