摘　　要：随着工业物联网、大数据、云计算等新一代信息技术日新月异,国家战略也推动了流程工业要进行新一轮的发展,实现更加安全、稳定、优化、环保地的生产。其中,生产设备的智能化和网络化是实现流程行业智能工厂的基础,但是目前整个行业重工艺控制,轻设备维护、设备数据互联互通发展迟滞已成为行业普遍面临的问题。本文将根据流程行业智能工厂建设的目的,分析行业目前存在的问题,最后重点讲述FDT最新技术助力流程行业智能工厂的建设。With the new generation of information technology such as industrial internet of things, big data, and cloud computing, the national strategy has also promoted a new round of development for the process industry and achieved more secure, stable, optimized, and environmentally friendly production. Among them, the intelligentization and networking of production equipment is the basis for realizing smart factories in the process industry. However, the industry’s heavy process control, light equipment maintenance, and delayed development of equipment data interconnection have become common problems in the industry. This article will analyze the current problems in the industry based on the purpose of the process industry smart factory construction, and finally focus on the construction of FDT’s latest technology assistance process industrial smart factory.
