带式输送机断带保护装置的设计与应用

摘　　要：为确保带式输送机发生断带时保护装置及时动作,提出了断带保护装置的设计原则,设计了断带保护装置。抓捕机构通过楔块和输送带之间形成的摩擦力对断带进行有效抓捕;液压控制装置则为抓捕操作提供动力;电气控制元件对输送带运行方向、速度、输送带张紧力大小以及悬垂度进行监测,当三个方面的监测均判断出现断带问题,则确定出现了断带事故。在确保达到抓捕时间要求的前提下,宜适当降低装置系统压力,确保保护装置能够长期稳定的运行;通过缩短安装距离能够确保抓捕更为有效,抓捕操作更加及时。In order to ensure the timely action of the protection device when the belt conveyor breaks the belt,this paper puts forward the design principle of the protection device and designs the protection device.The arresting agency can effectively arrest the broken belt by friction force formed between wedge and conveyor belt.The hydraulic control device provides power for the capture operation.The electrical control element monitors the running direction,speed,tensioning force and overhang of the conveyor belt.When the three aspects of monitoring all judge the problem of broken belt,the accident of broken belt is confirmed.On the premise of ensuring that the capture time requirements are met,the device system pressure should be appropriately reduced to ensure the long-term stable operation of the protection device;By shortening the installation distance,it can ensure that the capture is more effective and the operation is more timely.
