摘 要:蒽环类抗生素目前广泛地用于治疗血液系统恶性肿瘤和实体肿瘤,但其容易产生严重的心脏毒性作用。关于蒽环类抗生素相关心脏毒性发病机制尚未完全阐明。本文对近年来蒽环类抗生素致心脏毒性的机制进行综述,为有效的临床防治和蒽环类抗生素研发提供参考。Anthracycline antibiotics,chemotherapeutic agents that have long been used to treating hematologic and solid tumors,currently are prone to make severe cardiotoxicity.The pathogenesis of cardiotoxicity associated with anthracycline antibiotics has not been completely clarified.This paper reviewed the progress in the pathogenesis of cardiotoxicity associated with anthracycline antibiotics in recent years,providing a reference for the effective clinical treatment and useful information for further research on anthracycline antibiotics.
