摘　　要：基于空间组构视角,以长沙近代独立式住宅为例,解析城市近代住宅的空间组构特征的演变。从物质空间与精神文化的关联性层面,探讨空间句法属性值变化背后的文化影响因素。结合近代住宅特征演变的趋势,提出智慧化保护更新的策略,并讨论在现代城市住宅设计中如何传承和创新,从而达到延续城市地方性和时代性特征的目的。This paper analyzed the spatial configuration characteristics evolution rule of modern detached houses in Changsha based on the perspective of spatial configuration.The cultural influence factors behind the change of spatial syntax attribute value are discussed from the relationship between material space and spiritual culture.In combination with the spatial configuration characteristics evolution trend of modern houses,the smart strategy of protecting and renewing them is put forward.Furthermore,this paper discusses how to inherit and innovate in modern urban residential design,so as to achieve the purpose of continuing urban local and temporal characteristics.
