摘　　要：跨境电子商务作为一种"互联网+国际贸易"的模式,正在重新塑造中小企业开展国际贸易的方式,使得中小型企业可以直接面向国际市场,有效减少国际贸易中间环节,降低商品流通成本,为企业提高市场竞争力、提升营利能力提供了可能。与此同时,随着越来越多的企业进入跨境电商市场领域开展跨境电子商务交易,跨境电商行业市场竞争激烈。对于开展跨境电子商务的企业而言,要想在激烈的市场竞争中获得竞争优势,跨境电子商务应用技能型人才尤为重要。As a model of"Internet + international trade",cross-border e-commerce is reshaping the way small and medium-sized enterprises conduct international trade,enabling SMEs to face the international market directly,reducing the intermediate links of international trade and the cost of commodity circulation effectively. It is possible for enterprises to improve their market competitiveness and profitability. At the same time,as more and more companies enter the cross-border e-commerce market,the competition is highly competitive in the market. For companies that conduct cross-border e-commerce,it is especially important to apply skill-based talents in crossborder e-commerce in order to gain competitive advantage in the fierce market competition.
