摘 要:食品废弃物中富含各类活性成分和碳氢化合物,其高含水率却使其难以被有效利用。由于水热处理以水为反应介质,被处理物无需脱水前处理,这样水热处理成为了食品废弃物资源化处理的研究热点。本文不仅简述了亚/超临界水的性质,而且综述了各类水热技术的原理及其在食品废弃物处理方面的研究现状,最后总结了现有研究面临的共性问题与挑战,展望了未来的发展方向。Food waste contains various active ingredients and hydrocarbons,but it is difficult to be reused as its high water content.Hydrothermal treatment have been proposed as a promising kind of methods for food waste treatment without prior dewatering,because its reaction medium is exactly the water.The properties of subcritical and supercritical water were introduced in the first section,then various hydrothermal technologies that have been reported in treatment of food waste were reviewed,including the principle and state of researches.Finally,the existing problems and developing perspectives were also summarized in the end of this review.
